My review is primarily based on my experience with the return policy. The item itself seemed fine. However, it was too small. I wanted to return it for the next size up. I inquired on the same day it was delivered. Long story short I simply wanted to exchange the item for a different size and that was not an option. That did /does not sit well with me. I think that should be an options for unused/not worn items that are returned within 30 days or so. I did reorder the item in the next size and I am waiting to receive it. Hopefully it will be fine. I have been ordering from Commense for a couple of years and this is the first time I have ever returned something so this was a new experience. It has soured me a bit on ordering in the future.
