This sweater/jacket is oversized as it says in description but does fit. It is fabulous! Had many compliments when I wore it open as a jacket. It is not long but has puffy sleeves and that’s what gives it the oversized look. The fabric is very soft and a creamy white color. It is not lined per se but has a double knit kind of inside that slid easily over my long sleeved shirt. (The puffy sleeves help with that also.) it will look great over a turtleneck. I normally wear high quality clothing but I love finding items that look better than they are; this is one of those.

Exactly as pictured. The cuffs are a little on the tight side making the sleeve look a little puffier (you cant really roll the sleeves, looks strange), but I get compliments when I wear it because it's such a funky top.
