Good design, material not the best

The design was as pictured and fit was true to size. Good length, I'm 5'5 and it will be the perfect length for 4-5 inch heels. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the material is not great so I will have to have modifications made to make this a date night dress vs a formal gown. If this was made out of jersey material it would have been 5 stars.
