Very nice and unique top! I'd say it runs true to size - it fits perfectly on me for a very tailored look. I'm 5'3" 108 pounds and purchased a size XS. I'd say this top may not work for large chested women - I'm a B cup, and anything bigger would be too tight in the chest area.

Absolutely adorable top. Classy and well constructed but tight. I’m 5’3” 130lbs. I’m usually a 27 pants and small top. I can wear a 32D or 34D bra depending on brand. I’m lean but muscular & a true hourglass shape and found the top very tight. I can wear it but could have gone a size up.
