The dresses are beautiful. They just didn’t fit me correctly even though they are my correct size. They are definitely for someone with I would say a flawless body. My issue is with the return process. They don’t make it simple. So many online retailers have streamlined the return process but with these guys it’s not obvious how to make a return so I emailed them and told them I need to make a return, they emailed back and told me to click on a link so then I went through a process there, and then I got an email with two options. One being I could get Store credit. The other one being that I could keep the items for 50% off. Then they said oh by the way, if you want a full refund, you have to pay the shipping cost. Well, yes, that’s what I wanted to do and that’s what their return policy said. But why not just tell me now what the shipping cost will be so then I had to write back and ask for shipping cost? Their response was to ask me to select an option and not tell me the shipping cost. so then I had to ask again the second time for the shipping cost. Then they finally told me the shipping cost and now I’m waiting for them to create a return label. This is way too much back-and-forth.
