The coat was soft and warm. Color was exact. If you want it to wear over a hoodie then get your regular size and it will be slightly oversized. If you want it to fit exact I would suggest a size smaller. I absolutely loved it.. it will need to be steamed to get slight winkles out. The quality looks nice also.
